Place your order before 8 PM to receive your fresh fish delivery the next day (between 9 AM and 2 PM).
Orders placed after 8PM will be delivered two days later. For example, an order made at 9 PM on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.
If you are ordering after 8 PM, please do not select next-day delivery.
Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Sunday only. No deliveries on Mondays.

How to Order Fresh Seafood Online in Singapore
STEP 1: ORDERING
Browse our fresh selection on the website or order directly via WhatsApp at 8831 3778 for personalized recommendations.
Our daily catches are updated based on what’s available at Jurong Fishery Port, ensuring you get the freshest seafood in Singapore.
For advance orders, specify your preferred delivery date during checkout. Cut-off time is 8PM daily for next-day delivery.
STEP 2: PAYMENT
| We accept credit card payments via Shopify and PayNow to UEN 25048600L (Hai Seng Hak Kee Hock Soon).
After payment confirmation, we’ll send you an order acknowledgment within 3 hours. If you don’t receive confirmation, reach us on WhatsApp. Your secure payment ensures your fresh fish delivery is confirmed and scheduled. |

STEP 3: DELIVERY
Order before 8PM daily for next-day delivery! Your fresh seafood will arrive between 8.30AM-2PM (Tuesday-Sunday including PHs). We deliver islandwide across Singapore (excluding Sentosa and Pulau Ubin) with free delivery for orders above $70 (minimum order $50). All seafood is transported in temperature-controlled conditions to maintain optimal freshness.
Please note: No deliveries on Mondays as we observe our rest day.
