Not cleaned and gutted by default as we do not wish to rupture the stomach and make the meat bitter, please let us know if you need it gutted  

6-9 pcs per KG, depending on individual sizing.

Even though some of the rabbitfish do come with milt/roe currently, we are not able to guarantee that every single one of them will be full of milt and roe. Do only order if you are comfortable with this! 

There will also be a mixture of male and female ones within 1KG, we are unfortunately unable to let you choose 1 gender.
