Our Ang Kar Prawns are freshly caught from Indonesian waters. They are crunchy, meaty and sweet, making it a great choice for any prawn based stock. 

The shells are thin and easy to peel, Singaporeans love to steam them and eat them with some soy sauce and cut chillies. They are also excellent for steamboats!

For a bag of 500G, you may expect 12-16 pieces of Ang Kar Prawns depending on their individual sizes. 
Smaller sized Ang Kar Prawns may also be given if the catch of the day is smaller. 

The presence of stripes on the prawns also depend entirely on the daily catch, do note that we are unable to control this.
