Live Spiny Lobster @ $75/KG

Known for being premium and prized, our live lobsters are definitely worth a try if you are craving for some sweet goodness! 

It is difficult to get live lobsters direct to your home, and having them at restaurants comes often at a hefty price. 

We will pick about 3/4 lobsters for 1KG, they are meaty and bursting with flavour. Do note that they will NOT reach you alive as we have to cover them with ice after packing them into your boxes.

Cutting of lobsters is also strongly discouraged as the meat of these live lobsters will start to shrink the moment they are being cut, so it best if you cut them just before cooking.
